Mediterranean Week was built in Vancouver for one reason: most people don’t need more recipes — they need their week decided for them.
We create weekly (and monthly) Mediterranean meal plans that make home cooking simple: clear recipes, a grocery list, and a plan you can actually follow after work. No complicated chef steps, no “food blog” fluff — just real cooking for real people who want to eat better, save time, and spend less on takeout.
Mediterranean food is our foundation because it’s practical: simple ingredients, big flavor, and meals that fit real life. Every week, you get a plan you can view online and download as a PDF — so you can cook your way, wherever you are.
